Reneé Rapp brought her Snow Hard Feelings to one of the snow capitals of the world, Detroit, cementing herself as a true Snow Angel.

Alexander23, the producer of her debut album, Snow Angel, and who also co-produced Olivia Rodrigo’s hit songs “good 4 u” and “get him back!” opened up the tour with song from his album, Aftershock and his EPs I’m Sorry I Love and Oh No, Not Again! Why he may be known for his guitar skills and ear for production he showed that he is a remarkable singer on his own as well. He also covered One Direction’s “Steal Your Girl.”

While it was called the Snow Hard Feelings Reneé showed love to all four seasons by performing songs from the Everything To Everyone EP and the Snow Angel album. She started off with Spring with “Talk Too Much.” Summer included “Colorado” Fall included her first single “Tattooos” and Windter ended with “Snow Angel.”

My favorites included “Tummy Hurts” and “Poison Poison.” The jazz tone of her voice makes it unique and strong. What I loved about her performance as well was her interactions with fans. It didn’t feel scripted. She even honored a fan’s request to take a selfie of the crowd with her phone and talked with another fan about how they felt about their birthday.

While Reneé was most recently known for her acting in Sex Lives of College Girls, she has shown that she definitely has a rightful place in the music industry.
