Hazbin Hotel is finally open for business! Four years after posting the pilot episode on YouTube, the Vivienne “Vivziepop” Medrano series is now coming to Prime Video. Featuring Broadway and musical stars Erika Henningsen, Stephanie Beatriz, Alex Brightman, Keith David, Kimiko Glenn, Blake Roman, Amir Talai, Daphne Rubin-Vega, and Jessica Vosk, we see Charlie Morningstar, the daughter of Lucifer and the princess of hell, try to rehabilitate lost souls to help them go to heaven.

I talked to Erika Henningsen (Mean Girls The Musical), who plays Charlie Morningstar, and Stephanie Beatriz (Brooklyn 99), who plays Vaggie, about why Vaggie and Charlie love each other, who at the hotel would be hardest to rehabilitate, and which character they would love to get their own episode.

I talked to Kimiko Glenn (Orange Is The New Black), who plays Niffty, Blake Roman (Harmony), who plays Angel Dust, Amir Talai (American Dad) who plays Alastor on why their characters are at the hotel, and if they think they can be rehabilitated.

I talked to Daphne Rubin-Vega (Rent), who plays Carmilla Carmine, and Jessica Vosk (Wicked), who plays Lute about the difference between voice acting and performing on stage, fulfilling their dream of being an animated character, and bringing humanity to their characters.

I talked to Hazbin Hotel creator Vivienne “Vivziepop” Medrano about creating her own version of hell, being influenced by Invader Zim and her favorite character.
