American Rust, which was saved by Prime Video after being canceled by Showtime, is back for a second season. In this season, Lee’s morals are tested when her job is trying to take advantage of the people of her community. Does she do what’s best for her career, or stay loyal to her town?

American Rust: Broken Justice stars Jeff Daniels as Chief Del Harris, Maura Tierney as Grace Poe, David Alvarez as Isaac English, Julia Mayorga as Lee English, Alex Neustaedter as Billy Poe, Mark Pellegrino as Virgil Poe and Rob Yang as Deputy Steve Park.

I talked to Julie Mayorga, who plays Lee English, about Lee’s morality being tested, her relationship with her brother, David, and boyfriend Billy, and being the third wheel in the house.
