On the final season on Bel-Air, Vivian Banks is dealing with a lot stress during her pregnancy. Her husband, Phillip, is forced to launder money and may end up in jail, her job is doing things behind her back, and her doctor isn’t listening to her.

I talked to Cassandra Freeman about why the Banks realized they didn’t have to stay in the places that no longer served them, what could have happened if Will never came to stay with them, how her real-life pregnancy reflected the struggles that Viv went through, and how it was like working with the other Aunt Vivs, Daphne Maxwell Reid and Janet Hubert.
