On season 4 of The Mayor of Kingstown, new correctional officer Cindy Stephens offers to watch over Kyle for Mike while he’s in jail. However, she realizes that being a CO in Kingstown Prison and being a part of Mike’s life isn’t as easy as she had hoped it would be.

I talked to Laura Benati about why Cindy saved Kyle, Cindy’s reaction to Kevin’s death, and how she actually had a different reaction while filming it, if Cindy could be a part of Mike’s lifestyle, if Cindy could still work at the prison after all that has happened, and a major difference between working in theatre and television.
