Edie Arnold is a Loser is about Edie, a third generation Catholic school student who is just trying to survive high school. However, she’s dealing the the pressures of a mother who wants her to be the perfect Miami daughter accessory, an alter boy crush that barely pays her any attention, and a budding career and an underground artists that may get her expelled. Edie Arnold is a Loser had its world premiere at SXSW.

I talked to Adi Madden Cabrera, who plays Edie, McKenna Tuckett, who plays Frances and directors Megan Rico and Kade Atwood about Edie and Frances different approaches to surviving high school, practicing to be a real band, and who the Nun Deads, their fictious band should be open for next.
