In the horror-comedy anthology Grind, Joel takes an entry level job where he has to watch brutal video in the hopes of getting promoted to a high paying jobs outside of the basement. High-level executive Andy seems to be moving the finish line further away for Joel. But Andy is also dealing with another problem, a coffee shop is trying to unionize.
