At the age of 29, Big Sean became the youngest person to receive a key to the city of Detroit. This was during the weekend of his sold out Detroit show for his “I Decided Tour.”

Big Sean isn’t getting the key just because he is a celebrity from Detroit. His foundation, the Sean Anderson Foundation, does a lot for the city.  While his organization does work all year round, one of their biggest projects was building a studio in Big Sean’s alma mater, Cass Technical High School.

In honor of this honor, listen to my favorite Big Sean song, “So Much More.”  The song is such a celebration of Detroit, and I think its one of his most underrated songs.
