Tristan Mack Wilds stars as Alonzo, a sneaker executive looking for a come-up by sponsoring a competitive youth basketball league in Apple TV + new show, Swagger, which is executive produced by NBA star Kevin Durant. I got to talk to Tristan about his character Alonzo, how the show has evolved over the three years it took it to air, whether or not college athletes should get paid, and how he avoided the pitfalls of child stardom.
Check out Swagger on Apple TV +, with new episodes every Friday.
You can check out my interview with Swagger’s Isaiah Hill (Jace) here.
