Son of a Critch, the coming-of-age comedy based on comedian Mark Critch’s life, is now coming stateside on the CW. Growing up in the 80s in New Foundland can be difficult, especially when you’re an 11-year-old with the same sense of humor as a 70-year-old.
I talked to Son of a Critch’s executive producer Andrew Barnsley (Schitt’s Creek) about the difference between Canadian and United States humor, who he would want to narrate his life, and his favorite part of the 80s.
Son of a Critch is on Mondays on the CW and streaming on the CW app.
