John Wick fans are getting to know more about The Continental, the hotel for assassins. In this prequel series set in the 1970s, will learn more about this iconic hotel and its previous guests and employees with plenty of action scenes That the John Wick universe is used to.

I talked to the series action director Larnell Stovall about how the John Wick movies influenced the action sequences, what was his favorite fight, being grounded in the ’70s but keeping in modern, and a secret no one would notice while watching the series.

The Continental premieres on Peacock on September 22.
