The Prank is about best friends Tanner and Ben. After evil teacher Mrs. Wheeler fails Ben and threatens his future, they decide to start a silly rumor about her. However, things go south when the town believes it all and their silly prank has unexpected consequences.

The Prank stars Connor Kalopsis, Ramona Young, Rita Moreno, Keith David, Kate Flannery, Meredith Salenger, Jonathan Kimmel, Nathan Janak, Betsy Sodaro, and Romel De Silva.

I talked to director Maureen Bharoocha about if she was more like Tanner or Ben in high school, how she got into directing, and why she cast Rita Morena and Keith David as enemies.

The Prank is now playing in theatres.
