“Outlander” is back with the second half of season 7. Picking up where they left off, Brianna and Roger face new enemies across time and must protect their family.

This year, “Outlander” celebrates its tenth anniversary while it wraps up its penultimate season.

“Outlander” stars Caitríona Balfe as Claire Fraser, Sam Heughan as Jamie Fraser, Sophie Skelton as Brianna MacKenzie, Richard Rankin as Roger MacKenzie, John Bell as Young Ian” and David Berry as Lord John Grey. This season introduces new members to the cast including Charles Vandervaart as William Ransom, Izzy Meikle-Small as Rachel Hunter, and Joey Phillips as Denzell Hunter.

I talked to Sophie Skelton, who plays Brianna, about her favorite “Outlander” memory, how Brianna has changed over the course of the show, what she learned from playing Brianna, if she was a time traveler would she rather visit her descendants or her ancestors, and which character she thinks she could a spinoff.

Outlander returns on November 22 on Starz.
