“High Potential” the new procedural drama from ABC stars Kaitlin Olson as Morgan, a cleaner turned consultant for the LAPD. She’s a “high potential individual” meaning she has advanced cognitive abilities, making her perfect to help solve cases. Morgan has three kids, including teenager, Ava, whose father, Roman, has been missing for 15 years.

I talked to Amirah J about her path into acting and why she focuses on more adult shows rather than kids’ shows. I also asked her what the best and worst scenarios are when it comes to Ava’s father, Roman, whether she tries to solve the case every episode, and how she would love to play Wonder Woman.

The season finale of High Potential airs Tuesday on ABC.
