Not Her First Rodeo is the documentary series following the women of the Elite Lady Bull Riders. Even though they face many obstacles, including being significantly underpaid compared to their male counterparts, injuries, and self-doubt.

The women highlighted are Jorden Halvorsen, Catalina Langlitz, Renata Nunes, Athena Rivera and Alexia Huffman.

I talked to Jorden Halvorsen about how she trains for events, if she’s superstitious, and what she hope changes for bull riding for women.
