The Sisters Grimm is as much about the lore of Ferryport Landing, New York as it is the relationships in the town. From the adolescent crush Puck has on Sabrina to the failed wedding of Charming and Snow White, the interpersonal drama is just as engaging as all the magic.
The Sisters Grimm stars Ariel Winter (“Modern Family”) as Sabrina, Leah Newman as Daphne, Laraine Newman (“Saturday Night Live”) as Relda, Abubakar Salim (“Raised by Wolves”) as Charming, Billy Harris (“Ted Lasso”) as Puck and Harry Trevaldwyn (“How to Train Your Dragon”) as Mirror.
I talked to The Sisters Grimm’s Author and show executive producer Michael Buckley Executive and showrunner and executive producer Amy Higgins about Sabrina and Puck’s relationship (known to some fans as “Pebrina,”) Charming’s relationship with Snow White and Hampstead, and how Michael decided which everafters would be villains and heroes.
The Sisters Grimm is now streaming on Apple TV +.
