On season 2 of The Sisters Grimm, Relda is no longer in the pocket of a giant and now raising the Grimm girls. However, grand-parenting girls is challenging, especially when dealing with magic, missing parents, and a moody middle schooler.

The Sisters Grimm stars Ariel Winter (“Modern Family”) as “Sabrina,” Leah Newman as “Daphne,” Laraine Newman (“Saturday Night Live”) as “Relda,” Abubakar Salim (“Raised by Wolves,” “House of the Dragon”) as “Charming,” Billy Harris (“Ted Lasso”) as “Puck” and Harry Trevaldwyn (“How To Train Your Dragon”) as “Mirror.”

I talked to Laraine Newman about how Relda is dealing with parenting with the girls, what Relda wants for them, if Relda was more like Sabrina or Daphne growing up, how she would feel if Puck and Sabrina got together, how she herself calms down, and what magical item she would love to have.
