What Song Should Be A Single On Selena Gomez’s Rare

selena_gomez_-_rare

After a slew of the one off singles in the past four years, Selena Gomez has released her first complete project in four years with Rare. She has already released three single thus far, but what are the chances are other songs being released as singles?

“Rare”

Already a single.

“Dance Again”

Chance of being a single: 60%

This song reminded me another Selena Gomez single “Slow Down” and other dance songs she’s released. Based on the fact that it is a dance song and uplifting, two styles she is known for, I wouldn’t be surprised it would be a single.

“Look At Her Now”

Already a single.

“Lose You To Love Me”

Already a single.

“Ring”

Chance of being a single: 40%

To me, it is not distinctive to be a single. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if this was released in a Spanish version; Selena mentioned on Twitter this is the song she would want to do a Spanish version of.

“Vulnerable”

Chance of being a single: 80%

This song gives me “Kill Em With Kindness” vibes, a positive message that Selena wanted to get out. I believe the main theme of Rare is vulnerability, making the song “Vulnerable” a good choice.

“People You Know”

Chance of being a single: 50%

This reminds me more of an album cut rather than a single.

“Let Me Get Me”

Chance of being a single: 60%

Again, Selena is known for her dance songs so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a single. Equal chance as “Dance Again.”

“Crowded Room (feat. 6LACK)”

Chance of being a single: 90%

My favorite song on the album. I feel like this is most definitely going to be a single because 6LACK is known for his collaborations. I love the laid back R&B vibe to this song.

“Kinda Crazy”

Chance of being a single: 30%

It also just feels like an album cut.

“Fun”

Chance of being a single: 30%

Literally just a “fun” song. Pun intended.

“Cut You Off”

Chance of being a single: 60%

This song has a different vibe that what is on the radio right now, making me think it will be a single. She used to giving a different vibe and feelings on single (example: “Back To You”)

“A Sweet Place (feat. Kid Cudi)”

Chance of being a single: 50%

It doesn’t feel like a radio single at all, but that fact that it features Kid Cudi it might be a single.
