Chance The Rapper continues to support Chicagoans in need by teaming up with The Empowerment Plan to launch a Crowdrise campaign to offer Empowerment Plan coats to Chicago’s homeless.  These water resistant and self heating jackets can also be used as a sleeping bag.  Chance’s goal is to raise enough money for 1,000 coats.
